Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is any technical malfunction (covered under warranty, no misuse) with your newly purchased product, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be sent back within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you may also return the item to our office. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.


  1. Sales items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.
  2. Product must be undamaged and be in the Original Manufacturers sealed packaging or Iqon Distribution sealed packaging to ensure that there has been no possibility of physical damage, Iqon Distribution product labelling must be in place so that we have clear traceability to our original delivery. Iqon Distribution must be able to restock and resell this product with absolute confidence.
  3. If you receive damaged product with visible damage from delivery, please report the damage to the delivery man at the time of the receipt. Please contact the Iqon Distribution’s After Sales with details of the damage.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it free of charge upon delivery.
  5. Items excluded from our return policy: Video games or Software when no longer be sealed.
  6. If you need service under warranty or would prefer some personal assistance, please contact us so we can help determine how best to help you. We’ll gladly provide services or replacement according to the warranty guidelines.
